Coconut Oil or Canola Oil (to deep fry)
- Wash all the brinjal and cut them into 2 inch. small pieces.
- Then add salt and mix well.Keep it for 10 minutes.
- After 10 min,squeeze brinjal and remove extra salty water.
Next put a pan on the cooker and put enough oil to deep fry the brinjal.
Deep fry all the brinjal pieces until soften and get golden brown.
Then cut onions ,green chilli ,tomato into small piece.
Put them to a bowl and mix with brinjal.
Finally add salt and pepper to your taste and the salad is ready for you.
To get extra taste,squeeze few lime drops.
